What is Discord?

Discord is a free digital communication platform designed for creating communities and simplifying conversations. Originally used by gamers, Discord has grown exponentially since the beginning of the pandemic because it allows private groups of people to instant message, and audio- and video-chat easily. 

We use Discord to bring Collective members together to chat, give and get help, and attend virtual events.
